Buggies & Barbells is a supportive strength and movement class for new moms – no “bounce back” pressure, just space to move, rebuild strength, and feel like yourself again.

What to Expect

Move with Ease

In the early weeks, the focus is low intensity, higher volume, with extra emphasis on:

  • rehabilitation-style core development
  • rebuilding strength safely
  • restoring confidence in movement
  • easing back into routine without pressure

After 6–8 weeks (and once you have the go-ahead from your GP), we can begin progressing you into more general strength & conditioning work — at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
